Hi, 

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the whole team of the IVF department and all the assistants who were with us during the whole process, Elis, Shefkiye and Anil responsible for the patients from Bulgaria. 
The whole process went very smoothly, the doctors were very kind and professional. We felt very comfortable and we were sure they were doing the best for us. 
The facilities are also very good and the atmosphere in the hospital is very comforting. 
Elis and the others also helped a lot with answering all our questions at any time and assisting with everything in the best possible way.
Thanks to everybody this journey was very pleasant and successful.
